In order to preserve the friendly atmosphere of our event we are limiting the HBT field to 600 individuals and 150 teams in 2012. The Bmee Gokids fields are limited to 100 and the Undie Run at 300.
There are a choice of ways you may enter the events:
Online The 2'12Hervey Bay MultiSports Festival is accepting online entries from individuals in all events and in the HBT, relay teams of 3 (or 2) until 13/4/12(unless sold out earlier)
Online The 2'12 2XU Hervey Bay Triathlon will once again offer a teams matching service - if you can't find someone to race with you we will try to match you up with similar people (ie: juniors / seniors together, and male / females together) currently accepting online entries only for teams matching, via the button below.
Offline Or if you do not wish to enter online, you may download an "Entry Form" via the links at the bottom of this page or pick one up from sponsor's or fitness venues (expect to see them out there after Christmas), and then send it to us via post (sorry, no credit card entries via post). Mailed entries will take take a week or so to show up on the Entrant List (accessed from the link above). Mailed entries will only be accepted postmarked up until 5:00pm on Friday April 6 or when the field limit is reached (check this site for announcements). Faxed and phone entries will not be accepted. Entries will not be accepted without payment. Absolutely no entries will be accepted on the race day.

- All competitors who enter (HBT & GoKids!) by the 7th of April cut offs will receive a race t-shirt (three per team), sponsor products and offers, swim cap, electronic timing, etc.
- Entries received after the 1st of April cannot be guaranteed correct size race T-Shirt, customised race bib or inclusion in programmes etc.
- Entries will close when field limits are reached.
Please be aware that this has been a common occurrence for Olympic Distance races such as this in South East Qld for the past few seasons.
- Teams with only two competitors - age will be determined by averaging the two member's ages and multiplying by three to get a "team total"
- Due to ordering time-frames, late entries may not receive chosen t-shirt

When you use the online entry system will be given the opportunity to make a donation to our official charity, the Forget Me Not children's home, please consider this wonderful way to help make the world a better place. Last year $350 was raised these children by direct donation. it would be great to aim for an extra zero this year! A percentage of any profits from the event will also be forwarded to the home. Funds raised from the Undie Run will also go to the homes.
You are able to check the status of individual or team entries by choosing the appropriate acceptance list from the menu above.
A time table of the weekend's activities will help you to plan your visit with us and about a week before the event a competitor's booklet will be published in PDF format giving you all the information you might want in one convenient form that can be printed out (or brought with you in electronic format - what else is an iPhone for?). The booklet will include stuff like an updated timetable, course map, registration information, wave start times, road closure and parking information and any other competitor offers/vouchers that have been arranged.
Corporate teams may contain any mix of ages and genders (min age is 12) but should have at least two members. Corporate team members should have an association with the nominated organisation ("fine" applies for "ring ins") Corporate team entry fee includeds $100 donation to charity. Corporate teams will be allocated a personal ransition area with private bike rack, chair, and 3*2m of signage space. - limit of 20 corporate teams.
