Here is the "Armchair to finish line" training guide. A week by week training guide for the first time triathlete. Each week (starting from 14 weeks prior to the event) we will publish a training outline for the next seven days here. Just click on the date to down load that week's programme / downloadable file
If you wish to join the programme late just flip through until you find a level that you are comfortable with.
The advice here is of a general nature and you should consult a qualified personal trainer / sports specific coaches if you have specific requirements.
As always if you have not engaged in physical activity for an extended period, experience any difficulties, or have any other concerns please consult your physician before embarking on a training program.
